No referral is needed from your primary veterinarian. Dr. Ruth Lacey is a licensed veterinarian.
Office Visit (small animal):

Farm Call or House Call: Hours vary, and scheduling directly is required by phone, text, or email (469) 708-8899, dr.ruthlacey@gmail.com.
To reschedule or cancel an appointment a minimum of 24 hours notification is required to avoid cancellation fee of $50.
A client consent form is required. (It's short, don't worry.) You may sign a printed copy on day of appointment. A copy is attached here:
Fees
First Visit, all species (initial consult and chiropractic service): $190
Chiropractic Service (existing patients):
Cats and dogs and other small animals: $95. If multiple in one visit: $75 per additional animal.
Sheep and other medium animals: $125. If multiple in one visit: $100 per additional animal.
Horses and other large animals: $165. If multiple in one visit: $130 per additional animal.
Travel Service (if choosing farm call or house call): $75
Photobiomodulation Therapy (laser therapy) using the MedcoVet Luma Laser, a Class 1 home-safe laser for home rental or purchase use:
Rental Week 1: Free
Rental Week 2-5: $50 per week
Rental Week 6 and beyond: $25 per week
No obligation for length of rental.

Services
Dr. Ruth Lacey provides chiropractic and photobiomodulation (laser) services to animals both large and small. No referal from your primary veterinarian is needed; Dr. Lacey is a licensed veterinarian. Other holistic services are planned to be added. Dr. Lacey has a special interest in cats and is in process of earning her Cat Friendly Veterinarian (CVF) certificate from the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Office visits for small animals, haul in location for large animals, and farm calls or house calls are all offered. General medical or emergency services are not offered.
